Agistment

Rules and Regulations

​

1. The property (including stables and arena) must be kept clean at all times.
2. Agistment must be paid at the beginning of each month.

3. The Agistment is open from 7am til 7pm unless time is agreed on (must notify agistor before hand). The Agistment is closed on Christmas day.

4. It is the agistee's responsibility to notify agistor when equine appointments are made.

5. This is a private property, please limit guests.

6. Respect other agistee's and horses as facilities need to be shared.

Property & Facilities

​

Located in Gembrook, Victoria, this prestige 23 acre property is available for  horse owners to agist.
Private paddocks with or without a shelter, around one acre in size are available on enquiry. Larger shared paddocks also available (mares kept separate from geldings).

Foaling weaning also available.

Paddocks are divided by post and rail fencing and/or electric fencing. Reticulated water in each paddock.

Feeding/rugging service available at $10 a day.

Short floating distance to Gembrook and Cockatoo riding clubs.
Local vet 2.9kms away.

The facilities include:
60m x 20m post and rail fenced sand arena with lights
Hot and cold wash bay

Agistee's toilet

Refreshment facilities (cold & hot drinks available)

Two stock yards (large and small) and portable round yard available

Worming program (every 8 -12 weeks)

Lock up tack room available

Agistment prices is $50 per week.
$10 extra daily for rugging and feeding.
